Patient Care Technician

The Patient Care Technician Program is designed to prepare students as Advanced Cross-Trained Patient Care Technicians. Students will be eligible for employment as nursing assistants, home health aides, phlebotomists, EKG aides or allied health assistants.

Course Length: approximately 7 months

Upon completion of the course student will have the opportunity to test for the following licenses:

• Certified Nurse Assistant – Texas State License
• Phlebotomy – National License
• Electro Cardiogram (EKG) – National License
• Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
